"The shift leader Becky was extremely rude and wouldn’t cash my WU after she entered the transaction in the register. I offered that I can pick up the money later today or tomorrow if that’s better. I also offered that I can purchase product to offset the cash payout but she refused and threatened to call the police. So, I called the police myself. There were police officers there trying who understood the situation way faster than Becky. If you are not willing to employ common sense, you shouldn’t be in a management position."

"It's getting worse and worse. The employees are lacking communication skills. Saying the medication refill will take an hour, just to come back a few hours later and the medications still not ready. Then denying any giving information regarding time. They're rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Rite aid pharmacy used to run much better for years Untill this year when they replaced good people who worked there with people who don't really care."

"I have to disagree with the low ratings for the Havertown Rite Aid. As a newer customer with a serious illness I have found the pharmacy staff to be professional and totally helpful. Oscar is super caring and you can tell he takes care. I would say the store overall looks a little dreary but the people are terrific."
