"Salad were rotten both of them. Service when called to ask was terrible. Unless they lied tyree was manager. Who didn't even know I was on the phone but yelled yo who is it!? Then just left on hold. Manager said he had no clue what happened then hung up. Day crew amazing. Evening crew is terrible"

"Staff was very disorganized inside. Orders were tossed in a bunch on the counter, meals got mixed up, staff was having a hard time even listening to one order. Ordered a plain cheeseburger, got a chicken patty with ranch and lettuce. The cashier refused to answer any questions about the menu and was rude throughout the whole transaction. When confronted about the incorrect order, staff insisted they were right, refused to own up to their mistake, and argued rather than just fixing the order. I was able to hear employee conversations that were not professional at all and while they talked they did no work at all. They stopped working, talked, then took a long time rereading orders. Manager was mingling with customers instead of helping the customer that was trying to correct their order. One of the workers couldn't see the menu and was openly complaining about not being able to see anything because they didn't have their glasses. Saw another family order and they were waiting for 10 minutes for 3 bags of food. Then they had to correct the order. The place itself wasn't properly cleaned. There were stains on the trash can counter and trash laying around everywhere. The condiments were nearly empty, too. All around frustrating with unprofessional staff. Saturday afternoon staff was terrible. The food was fine but I had to rush to the bathroom as soon as I finished eating. My stomach still hurts pretty bad."

"Would love to speak to a manager or owner of this franchise. The food is so bad. I had a family member who worked at Wendys and told me how easy it is to make the food. The quality needs to be changed and the workers attitudes need help. Please season your patties and fries and make them fresh."

"Horrible experience! I took two bites of my burger only to see up close in my sandwich what I touched, thinking was a piece of blackened bacon but turned out to be a “BIG dead FLY!! See posted pic! Almost threw up! “Pretzel pub burger. Overall this location seems to have a lot of issues. My last visit will be the last time at this facility… also expecting them to receive a visit from CCMD state Department of Health Inspections."
