"I will not be ordering from China Inn again. I’m big on customer service and this was not it. I ordered my food over the phone and the lady was very helpful. Unfortunately, the delivery driver was very rude and disrespectful by calling and telling me that “I need to hurry up and get my food”. I called the store back to have my tip removed because I did not like the disrespect from this delivery driver."

"Food is great, service is ok, but need to check your receipt to make sure they don't add a tip if you did not include one for carry out. They no longer do dine in."

"I called them and asked if they deliver to my address, she didn't even ask for my address assumed that because I have a 443 number but I was all the way in Baltimore City, but yet all kinds of people have 443 numbers and no, not in Baltimore, she was very rude and very ignorant and kept saying, no, I don't deliver to your area. I don't deliver to your area, I have even given you the address in order for me to find out if you do deliver to my address."

"I have been ordering from them for about 4 years. I never had a problem until recently. They delivered burnt food. I called them back and was told that my next order would be free. About 2 weeks later when I called, I was told that the Manager was on vacation& to call back. I called back this evening & was told by the manager that she couldn't help me. She put me on hold and asked her boss what she should. Her boss Paul told her to tell me to never call again. I was Shocked! All of this for $20.00. There goes the saying...the customer is always right. I am now going to be looking for a different Chinese Restaurant. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!"
