"Been here numerous times and always great. Happy to welcome Dunkin in Libertytown! Was not an easy or cheap 2yr process, but Frederick County came through. Needed to bring more business back to this great town and Dunkin was a great start. Dunkin (& my co) invested a ton of money making this happen by converting the prior vacant PNC bank branch. Dunkin and the other surrounding small businesses in & near LIbertytown deserve all the business revenue we can afford to give them. Libertytown or anywhere; we gotta support all of our small towns and businesses worldwide even if it means going a couple miles out of the way......or, if it means coming back if you had a not-so-great experience once or read a not-so-great review. No one person or business is perfect - not even Amazon :) Anyway - Thank you all for your support of Dunkin and these other great Libertytown small businesses. "Oh my goodness, I wish I could give them every star in the sky!! These people deserve the WORLD!! I went through the drive-through this morning (and was being a bit of a pain in the neck - so sorry!) and these 2 beautiful souls had smiles on their faces and were so so kind! If I had cash in my wallet I would have given them all of it! I hope they always have happy mornings and are surrounded by kind people ♥️ Thank you for making my morning amazing!"

"Came in for online order pickup. The sandwich was made incorrectly. Asked for the correct order, employee was clearly upset about it. Then handed it to me made correctly and I assume thought I had already left the store. Just words of advice, you should probably make sure the customer doesn’t speak your language before you begin complaining about said customer. Looks can be very deceiving!"

"By far the best Dunkin around. The sandwiches taste better, they make the cold crews and even donuts so much better than any other Dunkin I’ve been to. Come here every Saturday when I’m in town! Excellent service too!"

"These guys are very obviously selling donuts that are days old, and then try to convince the customer that they are fresh. It's disgusting that they would sell old product this way, and it is also disgusting that they would lie to customers about the food they are putting into their bodies. Someone from corporate needs to inspect what they are doing here. It's hurting the brand, and it's atrocious behavior."
