"Not sure I really recommend this place at all. Apparently it's okay for bullying to be tolerated here if you are one of the staff? I decided to get a quick dinner at the drive through around 6 last Sunday, after church. First ordering the food, the girl wasn't listening to anything that was being said and kept getting the order wrong on the screen. Her microphone or something kept turning off and I felt like I heard her talk bad about me being picky. The girl was rude from the beginning and it didn't fly with me at all. That's not all either. When I finally got up to the window, she just didn't say anything and just put her hand out for my card. I had cash and was counting out change .. she let out a huge sigh. Must have not wanted to wait an extra 10 seconds so I can count out 22 cents. I didn't even take much time. She was just being ridiculous. Her name tag said her name was Lana or Laura. She had reddish hair and a bit heavier My total was 24.22. I gave her 25.22. she didn't even bother to count. I mentioned to her I'm supposed to get $1 back and she argued with me and made me feel stupid. Than she took a dollar out and gave it to me. Than I went to the next window. The girl with blonde hair that gave me my food was really sweet. But than that girl from the previous window appeared and was demanding her to switch windows. The girl (said her name was Anastasia) with blonde hair said she was supposed to be assigned that window and was nicer than I would be. Well IN FRONT of me (a customer) she shoved her and hit her!!! Like hello??? How the heck is this ok?? She also called her a "B****", which was crazy. She didn't say it loud but loud enough where I could hear it. The girl with red hair left and the girl with blonde hair I could tell was in pain. But I told her she needs to report that because that is not ok. That is assault!! I come here often and always hear this girl be rude and call people names. How and why do they keep someone that is highly abusive towards good workers? I hope they fire her honestly. I wanted to give it 5 stars for service because Anastasia was extremely kind but the girl ruined it for me"

"I got there 10 minutes after I did my mobile order. There was only one car in front of me for about 10 minutes, and I still had to wait 7 minutes for my order to be ready. You would assume the food would be fresh, but none of it was fresh. The fries were soggy. Nuggets tastes like they've been sitting out for hours."

"Terrible customer service. Had a mobile order placed and was in line waiting for food, person in front of me took 5 mins to order. Store said they wouldn’t make my food because it’s not breakfast any more. I had my order placed and was waiting in line 5minutes before breakfast ended. Absolutely unacceptable, I shouldn’t be punished for using mobile app when a random person in front of you takes forever to order their food. Terrible experience, store could have still made my food for me and served their customer even if their system is flawed."

"First off good luck trying to find a regular parking spot. There’s three normal spaces way at the end of their lot with a ton of spaces saved for the drive thru and online pickup. I had to either park in a pickup space or wedge my car next to the dumpsters. The manager was berating other employees announcing that she’s with customers and for them to shush. I got a large beverage but when I noticed there were no lids I walked back to the counter and several other people were waiting to let them know about the missing lids. The manager had one of the employees hand us a stack of five. I said you’re totally out and you’ll need more than that. She gave an aggravated sigh and begrudgingly went back to getting more lids. My burger was cold and had a stale bun. A person I was with got s double hamburger. What she got was one very plain burger. One patty, no toppings. Hi-C Orange tasted like orange root beer and, the crowning touch, they happily provide those god awful paper straws. I’d rather die of hunger than ever go here again."

"Despicable and absolutely rude drive through worker. The worker yelled at my mother who was ordering a meal for my family. Though my mother is Korean-American, her english was fluent and understandable; there was no car behind us ans yet the worker continued to rush and proceed to sigh and talk back in a disrespectful manner. If that wasn’t enough, the food looks like slop and clearly the workers don’t know how to place a tomato slice in the general center of a burnt, stale, and crusty bun. The sauce dispenser was either broken or damaged, or the worker has absolutely fried based on the despicable squirts of horror on one side of the bun. Ever need to change the oil? I guess not. The chicken was brick hard just the worker’s ego, ironic because he is working at a minimum wage night shift job, and the outside breading of the chicken was soggy and tasted as if the McDonald’s oil served 10 generations of gremlins. Im just writing this because of my horrible experience with the drive thru worker and the food itself. If you are hungry or crave delectable and somewhat appetizing food that has even ratios of condiments, do not go to this McDonald’s."
