"The manager at this location on Friday Oct 20th at 12:35pm was extremely nasty to me. The prices at this location was not updated so everyone that went in to dine was getting ripped off because she would not change the menu price board to the new prices. I approached her about giving me a refund since it's false advertising but she told me no and would not do anything to solve this problem, so I wish you can refund me my money back since your manager does not care about ripping customers off. My total came to $20.12 and it should have been $14.00 so please do something about this problem and manager because treating customers like this is wrong."

"After a long wait in the drive thru, I checked my order and was short a mashed potato which I got, but I figured I didn't need to check the chicken box. Wrong! I ordered 4 thighs and came home to find 4 breasts. Which were dry and mostly ribs and bone. I had to repeat the order 3 times so this kind of mistake isn't acceptable. KFC use to have the best chicken and cole slaw. The slaw was good, the chicken terrible and the service is the worst."
