"Terrible manners on part of a worker. I put money on counter after my server told me about. This other girl steps in and tells me amount as I point to the cash on counter right in front of her. She goes on a rant and tells me that is rude. I formally complained to Jersey Mike's about her and instead they got behind her mistold story and said I was in the wrong. Great way to run a business and let uncaring and attitude young people do as they want. I hope for their sake something changes at that location. Scroll down through reviews and you will see a bunch of 1 star ones claiming the same. Imagine the management saying that I was out of line by calling attention to the fact that the preparer omitted 2 kinds of meat on Italian sub! Then defending because if supply shortage. Nobody told me this fact prior to taking my money however. What great management for a service business!!"
