"Tyler immediately shamed my mother and I on the phone when I was trying to level up about insurance adjusting questions regarding the ferry street fire on Memorial Day in Easton, PA and the property owners that my mom rented from, who Tyler is representing. This is another example of an insurance prick using their title to be rude to others. Tyler’s cocky tone is uncalled for and he is like a parrot repeating the disrespect we have encountered from the irrelevant family member representing the property owners, who has a history of harassing my mother. She is relentless and Tyler clearly matches her energy. He and the owners gave my mother little to no information from the beginning and shamed us for asking a few questions. We were met with high defensiveness and sketchy communication in all of their responses to us.
