"I told my husband before that their food seemed to upset my stomach. This time we all got food poisoning. That’s 3 times their food has made me sick. I’ve finally convinced the family that we’re not going back. I also don’t trust that they still aren’t dine-in. You can’t see into the restaurant at all and get a sense of the quality or cleanliness."

"This was my first time ordering from them and I definitely won't be returning. I called in an order for lunch. According to their menu, I'm supposed to get a choice of white or fried rice and between a spring roll, egg roll or soda with my entree. I told the person who answered (and they answered just "Hello?" as if it were a house phone and not a business) I wanted the Chicken Lo Mien, she double checked that I wanted the lunch special, I said yes and she said "Okay, twenty minutes" and then hung up. I decided it's not a big deal even though I prefer white rice because I figured they might be busy. So I get there and the whole restaurant is closed off and they've made a small window just big enough to pass your food and your payment through. There's a window in the "waiting room" and stuff is just piled EVERYWHERE inside, which made me kind of wary next. And the owners are fighting--or the cooks and the person running the window are fighting, I don't know if they were the owners. They're full on SCREAMING at each other while I'm awkwardly standing in their makeshift lobby. I get my food and get out of there and let me tell you, I don't know what exactly I had, but it was nasty. So nasty. The lo mien noodles were more like udon noodles--not a big deal, but they were overcooked and so mushy I could barely pick them up with my fork, they just fell apart. The chicken was slimy, the spring roll (I didn't want) was inedible and the fried rice was hard and overcooked. Terrible experience that I won't be trying again, that's for sure. Forbidden City might be further and $5 more expensive, but they're a whole lot nicer, the food is 1000x better and you'll be much happier going there."

"At present, this restaurant is only doing takeout, though in the past they also had sit-down service. So, if you get food here, you will basically come in, open a little slot and say "can I have service?" Lady will come to the slot and take your order. She will then come back to the slot with your order. You get the food; you pay. So why did I give this place three stars? Mostly because the food was bland. It was a dish that was supposed to be spicy and somewhat sweet; it was not either of those. I have had worse chicken Kung Pao than this at other places. This was modestly good, and certainly not great."
