Panera Bread

"My order is never right but the service is so awesome. All the employees are nice. My order sometimes is missing the sides of bread, chips or apple. My drink was made incorrectly but it’s new staff and they are always on top of rectifying anything. Love the set up. It’s clean and I appreciate that."

"I am really sad to say this, but I waited for this location to open for so long and I now have to go to the other locations. Trust me. I am a big Panera fan. I often go to at least 4 different locations. But the 3 or 4 times they served me food here in this location it came with less food that what is served elsewhere. The bowl of soup was also barely filled and this is the picture of the salad. It's a joke. I went to the other location in Urbana Pike to make sure it wasn't a new Panera thing but it is not. This location gives me half of the food and I leave there hungry, while the other ones give you a decent amount. I know it's a cafe. But literally 2 spoons of vegetables and call that a salad it is a joke. I'm heartbroken because it's close to my home and I wanted to have a Panera there for years. :("

"Don't bother with the rapid pickup, one order was missing half the food, and the sandwich had barely any chicken salad in it. Shame for being basically a brand new store that this is the first experience I got. The other 2 meals were fine. Inside looked nice and new, but doesn't make up for such a bad pickup order"
