"Multiple occasions had bad experiences. I'm pretty sure I ate a raw chicken. The chicken sandwich was crunch but not the breaded crispy crunch, more like the meat crunch like it's still frozen kind. I ordered my food inside and waited 15 minutes and nothing (was the only customer) then I walk to the counter and the manager said "are you waiting for your food?" Well yea, you didn't see me ordering with one of your employees?. Another occasion drive Tru order missing my food. Have to drive back and get my stuff. The employee apologized."

"Hello, I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a response from Manaller Santos about my salary that he stole...the hours that I worked.....when I went for my last check....I only got half of the hours that I had worked, I have not had a response from him or anyone from Popeyes....I have proof of the hours I worked and the manager stole the hours I worked, just as he did with the urban store that he took the money from the boxes and hasses of the deposits pir that there is never money in the boxes and birds. he takes orders and grabs the money, what he does is that he deletes them just as he steals the employees' hours, so he did it with the company. They owe me 16 extra hours plus 15......in the end I already gave up for lost That's a shame, what kind of guy he is, it's a shame that being a Salvadoran, he does that ............he's a big scammer....he doesn't pay what people work for, what the manager does is cluck with two numbers that are in his name......the only thing that one receives from the subject is...bad treatment...humiliation......he wants to pretend something that is not always done. the victim in everything...no one ever does anything......it's not fair to me but there's no way they do anything even if they know things they never listen to the employees...that's how it is in all types of work ......what a shame... no one escapes injustices. He looks at God. I leave everything in his hands......if they don't want to pay me I hope they get richer.... I prefer to be humble and not a thief with MANALLER SANTOS"

"My order today was really good, I ordered chicken and the food was hot and crispy. Santos, was very kind and fast with the service and the strawberry lemonade was so fresh. I really like how they took my order today. I’m highly satisfied with the service and the food. I hope to come back soon!"

"Awesome food! The service was fast and I wanted to thank the workers that made my food. The popcorn shrimp was fried to a beautiful golden brown, the crisp of the breading was so awesome and same with the chicken! The chicken was moist and just the best! The worker who took my order was lovely too,very kind and worked diligently as well as the rest of the crew. Absolutely amazing service! 10/10 hope you all see this! Happy 4th of July!"

"So disappointed in this location. We ordered a 10pc Spicy chicken. It says it comes with 3-Legs, 3-Thighs, 2-wings, 2-breast. What we received was 4-wings, 4-legs, 2-breast. Only two of those pieces were Spicy the rest were mild. The chicken was so over cooked it wasn’t even edible. Such a waste of money. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the chicken sandwiches I got for my kids were good."
