"Absolutely the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They are rude and do not know how to make drinks. My hot chocolate was mostly water and no whipped topping. This is the 3rd order from here that was messed up will not be back."

"I went yesterday and they are always rude in the drive thru. I ordered 50 munchkins (to split between kids.) and only received 40. Which if you have kids you can understand how big of a problem it was. But I always have some kind of problem with my order when I go. It’s disappointing to say the least."

"Generally happy with this location. But I am a frequent customer who stops about 3 times a week for a coffee and sourdough breakfast sandwich. So frequently that they usually know my order when I approach the drive through. This morning however, my blood sugar was a bit low, so I also ordered a blueberry muffin. I got to work and found the muffin to be so stale that I could have used it as a hockey puck. There may have even been mold on it. Not what I expect from a place I am a regular at."

"This is the perfect place to stop on your way through town if you don’t have time to swing by the dumpster behind the school to forage for breakfast. The only time this location gets my order right is when my friends are working. I ask for an iced black coffee with two pumps of caramel and somehow my drink comes out light with a taste of something very off. I do not trust this location to follow the National Health Code Standards after tasting chemicals in the food and rottenness in the drinks more times than not since they’ve been opened. I’ve also ordered egg and cheese bagels and been given cream cheese instead on multiple occasions. The workers are very kind and willing to try to correct their mistakes but I don’t normally have time to wait around for them to remake my order. It is clear that whoever is managing this location does not care about their customers health, safety and standards. This morning was a good reminder for myself to support smaller businesses. My standards for a fast food chain are not very high as a teenager who will eat about anything. With that, I will no longer be a returning customer :)"

"Very disappointed. Stopped in a road trip for some breakfast. My “hot coffee” was ice cold. Like the cup was actually cold. Sandwich and tater tots were child size. They did make me a new hot coffee. Not going back."
