I was told I had the same coverages as my Erie policy, but his agency lied to me, then lied to me after being rear ended that I would be compensated for my out of pocket expenses, which I wasn't. Yes, I am still with them, but that is only because they have the cheapest insurance currently available to me.... I said check, because as he said I had an opportunity to, but I took their word that my coverage was the same as what I had with Erie which is was not. Then when they told me I would be paid back after being rear ended and I wasn't, I waited a long time to post reviews, because I was promised Keith Heffner would call be back, but I never received such a call."
