"I really enjoyed our breakfast on our drive home from DC here! The food was good, fresh and served hot to our table! All the staff was very friendly. A big shout out to our server (in the white dirt bike. Sorry, I didn't get his name, I think it was Tyler.) who always had a smile, he was very attentive and helpful! I definitely would ask people why would you go to any fast food chain when you have good food and good staff at the Waffle House!"
"Stopped into Waffle House for brunch today. The restaurant was busy but well staffed - and the staff were wonderful! Kind, helpful, and attentive. One of the best Waffle Houses I have been to! Will return!"
"No problem with the food but the staff was horrible and cleanliness was horrible. There was food all on the floor and tables and ones that were “cleaned” were sticky and still had food crumbs on them. Then don’t get me started on this one girl Brittany that was our original server. she is very rude and dismissive. I came with my mom and she was rude towards my mom and when I asked her to not speak to my mom with an attitude she cursed at her and then we asked for someone else to serve us. They were better but slow on refills and all of them were on their phones behind the counters while people were waiting to get orders taken. Absolute WORST location. I won’t return until that employee that cursed at my mom is removed from employment! I’ve heard many people complain about that Brittany girl for the past year and I don’t know if she a manager or not but Waffle House clearly promotes her behavior because for there to be so many complaints on her she’s still there. That shows poor choice on the owners and she makes them look bad"
"The cook was very accommodating to my meal. I'm very picky about my Eggs. She was on point ☝️ making them. Honestly the Waffle House is my go to spot for breakfast. I live in D.C. and I drive up the road at least twice a month for breakfast. Great place."
