"I found Watson's while taking the 340 detour on our way back to WVA, and I'm so glad we decided to stop in. The food/portions were great. We had our dog with us, which was no problem since they offer outdoor seating as well. The cheese steak sub was amazing!! We have lived in WVA for the last 20 yrs, and had never found a truly great cheese steak sub in our area, so we will definitely be returning to Watson's!!"

"Have always enjoyed the food when I come up to maryland. The young man that took our order did not do it exactly correct. Our food took about 10 minutes longer than we we were told. But as usual the half chicken, that we find is a bargain, was very good along with the sides, this time we had the macaroni and cheese and the mashed potatoes. We had the corn bread this time instead of the roll and it was melt in your mouth good."

"I do not recommend buying anything from the take out fridge. I got deviled eggs from there tonight and when I got home and opened the container they were slimy and had mold growing on them. The staff needs to pay more attention to food safety with the fridge items because this can make people sick. Very unappetizing!"

"If you're looking for the best little sandwich and chicken place this is it! Fried chicken was on point and their cold cut Italian was satisfying!"

"Their fried chicken is really good, so is their fried chicken tenders although tenders may be store bought, homemade mashed potatoes and gravy, and peanut butter pie. The peanut butter pie was very creamy but just too sweet for one person to finish. The owners are very friendly but they have a cashier that seems to have an attitude and it can dampen the entire experience. They are not prepared to handle more than one customer at a time so it is best to call ahead and place your order. They do have several tables in the store and several tables outside. All meals are served in styrofoam containers. It is what it advertises, "carry-out" and rated accordingly. Call ahead to order your good food, come in, purchase and walk out with it."
