"My experience with Maria at Express Immigration Assistance was a bliss from start to finish. I enrolled their services for a Green Card application (full client services). These are the steps I followed: Step 1: I had an initial phone call during which I explained my situation. On that same call I was given the breakdown of the cost for that specific service (and I paid that exact amount, so they are very transparent about their fees). I was explained the process and the timeline. Step 2: From there, everything else was done online thru their portal. I received a list of the documents that I needed to upload, and a progress table that I was using as a reference to see what was missing. I never had to call and ask question, it was very straightforward and the portal is very user friendly. Step 3: once the file is complete, I went to see Maria at her office, we reviewed my full application (it takes at least 1 hour) and I signed the paperwork. Express Immigration handles the application, all you have to do is wait to hear from USCIS (as your application gets processed, you will hear from them to a) acknowledge that their received your request, b) go to fingerprint/biometrics c) confirm that your request has been approved) Overall, the entire process took 2 months of prep work and about 6 months of waiting (but each case is different so don't use my timeline as a reference). I am extremely happy with how it went, the fact that I knew exactly how much I would pay upfront, the ease of using the online portal and the responsiveness of Maria when you send her messages, it all made the experience fast and painless. She is extremely patient, caring, knowledgeable and detail oriented.
