"The food is not cooked well. I love KFC chicken but this is the worst chicken I've ever tasted. I don't go there . The chicken is over cooked and burned .I haven't had KFC since I moved back here . I love KFC but this chicken is bad."

"Observed staff handling ready-to-eat food without gloves. Even when pressed about it, they insisted they were allowed. They did remake it with gloves on when I questioned it, but this is gross. Reported to Pa dept of Agriculture. Not sure how far that’ll go - but I’m definitely done here."

"I want to leave a bad review. June 13 at the end of the day decided to buy a chicken. We asked that they give us fresh, because the last time we bought it there, they gave us a very oily chicken, it was clear that the chicken was not fresh and they reheated it in oil. This is not even the crispy chicken that we are used to buying. So it happened this time too. Again, we were sold not fresh chicken, which was re-fried or maybe several times. several pieces were bitter, as if spoiled meat was fried, I immediately had a gag reflex. We can say that for our money they sold us spoiled food….My husband just told me that he had diarrhea and nausea all night from all the chicken. I'm just wondering who will reimburse us for health and money spent. I think I should file a complaint with the police. I won't leave it like that. Let them answer according to the law."

"Let me start, working 14 hrs a day isn’t easy and don’t want to cook after being on your feet. So what did I do, I stopped at the KFC in waynesboro at 6:35pm on May 2nd. 2023. I order two nugget meals with Mashed potatoes and slaw! Mashed potatoes and slaw fine but once’s I went to eat my chicken nugget it was almost eating chicken that has been sitting in the bottom of the fryer for weeks. It teased nothing like chicken, just old oil. With the cost of everything being so high I was hope I didn’t have to toss my food out but I had to. I couldn’t even eat what I just paid for. Thanks KFC!"

"I had to wait for freshly cooked chicken, for about 10 minutes or so... But when I got home it looked liked old refried chicken battered in perhaps cornmeal!! It had very dark dried places on the meat. The crust looked cinnamon dark with white specks and underneath the inner lining look liked dark trapped grease from being refrigerated!! My French Fries were soggy and limp as if the grease was not changed... I contacted KFC according to my receipt on yesterday immediately after taking it out of the bag, haven't received a call or email as of yet!! The guy at the REGISTER was Extremely Nice, but the people handling the Order definitely need to proper training before the Health Inspectors are called! Ooohhh my goodness!"
