"Aside from getting hit with a bad smell entering the restaurant the food was excellent!! The gf bun was so tasty along with the pulled pork and side salad. Friendly staff. Delicious tres leches pie! $50 with tip for two people."

"Moved from Chicago to Morgantown. Visiting Charles town. I had a horrible time finding good food. My expectations were minimal from Rossy but it was indeed a pleasant surprise. Rossy is a family owned restaurant. You can feel the warmth and hospitality when u walk in. The food is beyond amazing. I have traveled and tried different cuisines. This place had one of the most fresh delicious food to offer. Its fairly priced and has large servings. I have been ordering food from her since the day o visited her the first time."

"5 star. Best place in Charles Town for breakfast. It's in an outside town area but it's not in a bad location. I had the county fried chicken. I can't believe how perfect it was. If they can maintain this quality of service and food. This maybe the only place I eat in Charles Town."

"The owner is wonderful to chat with, the drinks are yummy, the food is delicious. I have eaten in and gotten delivery multiple times. I enjoy their Birria tacos! The fried chicken salad was good; it was a very enjoyable meal to take to work. My daughter-in-law enjoyed the fish and chips and she is from England. The tres leches cake was a little dry but very tasty. The chocolate mousse cake seems to be just chocolate layer cake, albeit a good one. This is probably my favorite restaurant in Charles Town. I'm already looking forward to my next visit."
