"Drove an hour for a covid test at this location. Got a bit lost and was 20 minutes late. I apologized at the window and an incredibly rude staff member actually shouted at me and informed me that she would not perform my test because she had other appointments. There was no line and no car behind me. I was in the parking lot for 20 minutes rescheduling and no one else drove through in that time."
