"Honestly. This place could be pretty good. The food is good, the service is kind. But this is the third time in recent memory I've tried to go and their card system has been down. It's time for an upgrade or replacement yall"

"I am beyond PISSED because I’ve had the WORST EXPERIENCES at this location because they either weren’t accepting card payments, sold out of certain items, short staffed or their machines weren’t working. I will GLADLY go elsewhere and take my business because I needed a quick bite before my next shift and now I have to make do with some light snacks…… let’s only hope they get it together because it could be soon that they SHUTTER that location."

"We ordered thru door dash, sat here waiting. 1hr later BK is canceling our order saying there is a Merch issue, which basically means they don't have enough burgers to fill our order and are too lazy to put anymore burgers on the grill. Now in the length of time we waited they could have made more burgers and filled out order. And we now have to wait 3 to 5 business days to be refunded the money we payed for food we never got. Oh and btw the BK beside Sharpsburg walmart is the same way. I will never order food from this establishment ever again. You don't even deserve the one star I gave. If you can't serve the public any better than this, close your doors, go out of business."

"So I walked in the store to an employee cleaning the lobby and notice right away that even the drink station was clean. Then I was greeted politely at the register to have my order taken. When my order was called I got my food from the counter and was asked if I need condiments."

"You know what? Burger King is going back to what they did best. No nonsense broiled burgers. Very nice. Flies everywhere and disgusting toilets and workers but other than that all good."
