Papa Johns Pizza

"We ordered a pizza online, somewhere along the ordering process it was made incorrectly whether it was a mistake on the app or their side, we paid for a one topping pizza and they refused to add pepperonis to the pizza or re do the order we even offered to give them back the other pizza, on top of that they wouldn't even allow my son to purchase and take the pizza to our car initially. Even though he's 13 they claim he could have got burned, Very bad experience consider new management. I worked at a Papa John's back in the day and this would have been an easy fix never should have been the point where they refused to fix the order. Do better papa 1/5 starts"

"I am a former employee, I quit after being told that if I went to my nephews game, I would be fired since I was also scheduled to deliver pizza at the time of his game. Hands down, it was an easy choice. The crew I worked with were amazing people and fun to work with. The delivery drivers really rely on the tips since they are only making around $3 to $5 an hour when out delivering, and the gas they use comes out of their own pocket. I was there a week and only made around $150 to $160 in tips and put around $60 in my vehicle the week I was there. So when you read this, remember the people delivering you food are good people spending their own money to get your food to you so at least $5 would really help them each time and if you can spare more for them that would be great. I have always been known as the little dude who stands up for the little dude at every job I have ever had."

"I did a delivery order and things didnt go so well...The actual store had no part in it but the door dasher went about things the wrong way. (Papa Johns had to use door dash due to lack of their own delivery drivers) I was never told my food was delivered so 20 min later I found it on my porch, cold. After that, I see a text on my phone from the door dash driver begging for money. I was baffled. I called the store and Shane, along with a manager were wonderful. They made the situation right. The process was easy and they kept in constant communication."

"Shout out to Papa Johns on Cleveland Ave in Hagerstown! I called them to order several pizzas for a large group of friends riding their bikes to our home to give their support and well wishes to my husband battling cancer. Not only were the pizzas hot and delicious and delivered on time, but they donated them for the cause! We have ordered our pizzas here for many years and will continue to do so for many more. Great staff, great pizzas, Papa Johns Cleveland Ave, you rock!"

"Ordered a single pizza at 1:34pm, received a text it's on the way at 1:52, did not receive the pizza until 2:34 and cold. Called and the manager was very rude."
