"I haven’t had Dairy Queen in a while and this has always been my favorite one. I was so disappointed that my food was hot and horrible. You can tell they have gone with cheaper products. The cheese on my burger was very plastic like. My daughter’s chicken strips tasted like they came out of the frozen section at Walmart and put in an air fryer. Everything was fresh the quality is down. The prices are a bit higher than I remember. Really should use premium product if you charging premium prices"

"$5.99 for a small blizzard X2. A cookie dough and a pumpkin pie. They remade them once after I very politely asked not to overblend and leave the chunky bits…. Blended way too much again. Zero chunky bits. I don’t know if DQ reduced the topping allowance so much there’s nothing to mix or the person making it simply doesn’t understand he’s not making a shake…. I give up DQ… for $12 I can go get a gallon at the grocery and a pound of toppings. It won’t taste like yummy DQ soft serve but this hot mess is NOT what a blizzard is supposed to be."
