"I’ve been going to this KFC ever since I was a kid. The food is always fresh. Not too greasy like Popeyes. The best chicken. The best fries. And I love getting the Tropicana fruit punch here. Not many fast food places have that drink. This is my go to for chicken!"

"The food was ediable, not exceptional. The Coleslaw was the better of all. My biscuit was very small and flat, but hot. I was the guest of two dear friends, the wife was tired of beef. Sorry if I offend"

"They need to hire people with better customer service skills, their no lights on menu boards. to start the shift manager nevah got our order wrong, we said we wanted plain chicken sandwiches they were wrong, went inside to order right ones, they said that was their last 4 sandwiches and we should know what comes on them. They were terribly rude!!! I never post bad reviews but this place has me heated the way they treated my wife and i."

"Ordered online and wife picked it up. The 12 piece nuggets were not in the bag. Called to tell them and straight got attitude telling me everything was in the bag, calling me a liar. Hung up on my wife twice and then hung up on me. Completely unprofessional for a manager to talk to a customer like that. Lady in the background being loud and ignorant af cussing and calling us liars. Never been treated like this by a "manager" of all people. If she is setting the standard then I'm sure the whole place is trash and I'll never go to this location again"

"Ashley was the most rude person at the drive thru we had the manager refund our order rather than eating here. Should try harder to hire quality customer service employees if you want to have any customers. That did clarify why there was not a wait on a Friday night. Garland Groh location in Hagerstown Maryland. We will NEVER go here again and recommendations no one else do so. The manager and other employee were kind and professional. We commend you for your great job. Ashley yelled I don't care as we pulled away. Hopefully someone eats the food she most likely spit in."
