"They got my order wrong yesterday, I ordered a 1x Chicken 1x steak bowl and they only gave me chicken... not even a double portion. So I paid $5 extra for no reason... I try to report through the app but since they usually mess my orders up I was ineligible for a refund. Their chips are almost always stale and not salted so I'll stay away from those too. This chipotle is a joke, stay away!"

"METAL IN THE FOOD Dear Chipotle, Yesterday during a visit to 18003 Garland Groch Blvd. Chipotle. I noticed that there was a piece of metal in my food after eating half of my bowl. Before removing the item from my mouth, I thought it might have been a stem from a piece of seasoning and nearly swallowed it had it not been extremely discomforting in my mouth. To my surprise, after removing the item from my mouth, I noticed that it was a piece of metal which left me completely shocked and in denial as to the danger and damages that could have happened to me had I ingested the item. After gathering myself and following my shock and disbelief, I went into the Chipotle location and brought it to the manager's (Jose M.) attention to which he offered me a meal replacement or a refund, which I denied. I was too terrified as to what happened and did not want to try my luck again with other Chipotle items following the incident. I requested to take this incident up the chain, and he gathered my information and informed me that he would be submitting a report. Before this incident, I would have considered myself a loyal Chipotle customer as I quite enjoyed the taste and simplicity of Chipotle's chicken bowl with a side of honey vinaigrette. I am a Chipotle rewards member and have used my accumulated points over the years to get discounts on meals or even free meals based on the points that I accumulated. Following this incident, I do not feel safe consuming any of Chipotle's meals."

"Only half of order was delivered. I called and they blamed the driver then said that’s what was ordered. The manager told me I only wanted one scoop of meat. TWO of the FOUR bowls had anything but meat in it. Never again!!! This was over $50 and $80 after tax, delivery, and tip. I find it hard to believe they think people will pay $30 for two scoops of meat placed in two separate bowels. I contacted customer service. I don’t think they graduated high school. Now I am completely against Chipotle. I will disparage this company to all my friends!"
