"They say they do walk in but when you walk in. They ask you if you made an appointment and there were very clearly. People sitting around that worked they're not working and refuse to still do their job and this has happened more than 3 occasions in my experience just for myself alone. For a haircut that takes literally 15 minutes. It's not like I was there to get it done and highlighted."

"I made apt 2weeks ahead for me n my 2 daughters get haircuts. When I got to my apt a the hair stylist was running working 3 different dye jobs. Hair stylist didn't start on me n my kids until 530 when apt 430. Stylist only did 3 fast cuts she had no time style or wash hair . My kid asked to hav her hair curled n wash but stylist had no time. I asked for specific type butterfly cut stylist didn't kno how to do it. I paid 69$ for 3 hasty cuts with no time for curls at end. Oh one of my daughter got curl iron curls at end of her cut n the other did nt. My daughter mom I wanted curls too. I had to deal with her being disappointed. I will never go back. I had called 2weeks in advance for the apt n there was still no time? I won't be returning ill go to somewhere else."
