"You will wait in like for 20 to 60 minutes just to get to the window. And then you'll be told "it'll be ready in 45 min - 1+ hours. The staff isn't the most helpful. I am finally switching pharmacies after I get my updated insurance card."

"This drug store is mind boggling… I just don’t get how it’s open still. I guess it’s going to take something monumental happening to a customer before the FDA closes this one. "Edit: just called this place to pick up a very common prescription and one that I need to take every night. Tell me why they said they are our and won’t have it for 3 days…and they wouldn’t help me lol at other stores to find it. This place is ABSOLUTELY horrible. Called for a Pharmacy department is the most incompetent group of people I have ever encountered and EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. Telling me I can’t refill prescriptions I have been taking for years and EXTREMELY EXTREMELY RUDE. They never kept track of their calls to me and were always confused when I returned calls. The girls who answer always mumble and they look so sloppy and a mess at their job. Fire them all and get a new staff! I have secondhand embarrassment from speaking with them/seeing how they operate. I came from a city where the staff ran and hustled. The staff at the lavale building show they came from the backwoods lol. Someone display their certificates because I can’t believe it lolol"

"Don’t shop CVS Pharmacy! They deny employee raises if they are on the registers checking people more often than encouraging them to use self checkout. CVS Pharmacy is a chain conglomerate bully. They would rather customers use self checkout instead of hiring employees. CVS Pharmacy takes away jobs & punishes employees for providing customer service. Don’t shop at CVS Pharmacy!"

"I have been calling the pharmacy all day. I finally got ahold of someone in the front of the store and she said the pharmacy phone line has many calls in the q. I said I've been in the q for 30 mins this time and she had the nerve to say that, that was good because some have been waiting for an hour and a half. So I drove down, still on hold, and talked to them. Their phone system kept telling them they had a call. But they all just ignored it. I was one of those calls. This place is the worst. Not one good review. CVS needs to get this store in line. I never have a problem at any other CVS. I wish I could give 0 stars!"
