"My husband ordered takeout inside the store this evening for a family of 5. $60.00 worth of food that was the absolute worst Chinese food we have ever ate in our lives!!!! The lo mein was not authentic Chinese lo mein. The vegetable fried rice with scrambled egg had minimal egg, the veggies weren’t cooked, and the rice was disgusting. The pork spare ribs were supp to be boneless and had bone in with no meat on them. The chicken wings weren’t normal Chinese chicken wings, they were burnt little chicken legs/wings. All in all it was a 0/10 for us. Not to mention every time my husband asked to order more things the lady kept reminding him it would cost more. He had to remind her that just bc he was in work clothes, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have money!!!! Very disturbing experience!!!!!!"

"I ordered spare ribs, pork spring rolls and beef pho. The pho was great but they messed it up by giving me chicken instead of beef. The spare ribs were dry and too fatty. The portion was $9 and was very small also. The pork springs rolls were okay, but not worth the $4.50. I won’t be going back unfortunately. I spend $30 on takeout and wasn’t really pleased with any of it."

"Everything about Empire China is Fantastic!! My Wife and I try to eat here at least once a week as our schedules alow, and we are never disappointed! Our favorite thing is the Pho here. We tried the two thai places in Martinsburg and their Pho does not compare. I have also tried a coupme other menu items and everything is delicious!!"

"Food was very hot when served. Well cleaned restaurant place and a nice family atmosphere. The lady who does the cooking has been the same over 35 years. This is why I have been coming here for years."

"JUST GO!!! great food. Kinda a hole in the wall. Which in my opinion are the best. Better than China King. Far better. Sit down tables and booths. The owner is very nice. The pho was deep in flavor and the meetballs where like China Town NYC. Great food good people to support."
