"I needed to get a manicure/pedicure done and since I sm not from the area, I randomly picked this place. They were very nice, very meticulous and gentle in their approach. It did take a lot longer than I m used to, but I like the result."

"My sister frequented this salon up until today. The nail tech with the Mohawk did (or attempted to do) an acrylic full set in under 30 minutes. The resulting manicure did not look professionally done. She asked for square shaped nails with tips. They left paint on her skin and her nail-beds were painful afterwards. When she voiced her concerns, the nail techs told her that the pain was expected (even though her nail-beds were strong and healthy), and that they didn’t want to redo the manicure because her nails looked good (please see the attached photo). Eventually, they agreed to soak her nails off and redo. While soaking her nails, my sister was sending a quick text to let us know that they were going to redo her nails when the nail tech snapped at her and told her that she was there to get her nails redone, not to text, and to put her hands back in the acetone. He was very snarky and rude. When my sister was finished soaking her nails off, they told her that they would just refund her and not redo her nails. She was confused as to why they were treating her this way as she had frequented the salon for years with no problems. However, after today’s episode, she won’t be returning."
