"Nice store, fantastic employees in Medical Supplies. But I no longer fill my family's Rxs here. The women who handle the medical supplies are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! They're absolutely wonderful, and I will use them for all of our medical supply needs! Pharmacy: I have documentation that Gateway dispensed an incorrect dose of a prescription medication for my child, yet the pharmacists continued to blame our doctor for this error. As a fellow healthcare provider, I'm NOT upset that the pharmacy made a mistake (we're all human, and none of us is perfect), but I'm so disappointed that the pharmacists did not step up and take responsibility - and equally upset that they "threw the doctor under the bus" for THEIR mistake."

"Very good selection of medical supply and gifts. I will agree the customer service depends on who helps you. Some are very kind and friendly, and others resent you being there lol. Seems like most places nowadays honestly. I still recommend this place because they do seem to have alot to offer."

"The Gateway Pharmacy has been a part of Phoenixville for ever. For as long as I can remember Gateway pharmacy has been filling prescriptions selling Christmas cards,makeup, odds and ends,all the way down to hardware and seasonal items,... The staff and pharmacists do provide an outstanding service, top notch by all means, and at times seem to go above and beyond the normal pharmacist realm. Now the Gateway pharmacy has come a long way from that little corner pharmacy it used to be to a very large multifaceted mini thrift store with many types of collectible to choose from, you're looking for a quick mother's Day gift or birthday gift anniversary Valentine's Day all of the above even Christmas gifts just take the quick stop in the store do a little quick shopping and be on your way, it's always that easy.
