"I may be the last to the party but I will no longer be having any prescriptions sent to Phoenixville CVS. Despite their automated phone line telling me my cough syrup would be ready at 6:44pm, it wasn't when I arrived at 6:57pm, and the staff wasn't willing to pour it into a bottle for me last night as they had a minute to go till closing. However, I was told it would be ready for me right when they opened at 9am. Must have been employing magic. So another sleepless night with a hacking cough and vomiting because I was an inconvenience. While I understand other folks' medicine was way more important than my simple cough syrup with codeine, and I understand short staffing, I simply do not understand lying to the customer and not caring about the customer. Even sick, I had worked a full day and remained at my desk an hour beyond my own closing time to help one of my clients with their own troubles. Kindess is what will save our world; apparently, it won't save CVS."
