"My girlfriend and I went here for dinner while in Berkeley Springs. Service was a bit slow and the waitress never came back to check on us once we got our food. The food wasn't bad but our orders were messed up. The waitress miscommunicated about an item that I wanted on the menu and I was upcharged for it. My girlfriend got chorizo and eggs. She asked for cheese to be added but nothing else. They put a spicy salsa on it even though the menu said it didn't come with it and she explicitly said she only wanted cheese."

"Went there tonight and will not be back. While waiting to be seated, was only greeted once and then stood there while 3 servers walked right past saying nothing. Once seated, I ordered my son a kids taco and asked for it to be brought out first. Thank goodness I did. After ordering mine and my friend's food, I had to ask for chips and salsa plus cheese dip. My son's taco came out with no sides. No big deal, he was full after the taco. However, after 40 minutes, neither my food nor friend's came out. I requested our food to be packed to go. Well conveniently, our food was ready then. The waitress brought us to go boxes and our check. I took a bite of my food and it was lukewarm. I looked at the check and noticed I was charged for chips and salsa since we had no meal there which was not our fault since it took too long and my son was ready to go (he's one and was tired). Also was charged for a kids meal that I had to ask to be fixed. I paid almost $40 for lukewarm food, expensive chips and salsa, and poor service. I will not be returning nor recommending to anyone."

"We went for lunch for the first time today. We were greeted warmly by Daniela. She brought us our drinks, hot tea and cold tea immediately and took our orders which were also delivered promptly. I enjoyed the seafood fajitas and my husband had child relleno. We both enjoyed our lunch and will definitely return. Don’t miss this hidden gem on Independence street, right behind the hardware store! I look forward to returning with my grandchildren!"

"We have now been to Mi Ranchito three times with our dear friends. We all love this cute, authentic, Mexican restaurant so much and we always sit at the same table every time we go there. The service is so good and the waiters/waitresses are so friendly! There are many Mexican options on the menu and the food is very reasonably priced. There are also great options on the kid's menu and my kids love the food! The food is so delicious and tastes so fresh! There is so much space for seating up and down stairs! We have never had any problems here and would recommend it for people of any age!"
