At my business I treat all my customer kindly and respectfully. I would NEVER be rude or unpleasant. If I could give a 0 I would have. No excuse to be short, rude and unpleasant."

"NOT serving older adults or community well at all! I had put 3 loved ones on the waiting list for a covid shot in January. I forgot all about it because we were able to get them scheduled somewhere else. I was pleasantly surprised when they called about my loved ones' appointments and explained that they had already been vaccinated. I asked if another family member could take one of their appointments. She is 86 and doesn't have a computer. They wouldn't allow it "because it wouldn't be fair to the next people on the list". ummm. . ..they would have had to wait for 3 people and now there is only 1, so I don't see how this is a problem. I explained that she is elderly and can't make her own appointment. They didn't care at all. They said to call in another month and they will PROBABLY have more doses. Crestwood pharmacy is NOT prioritizing the older residents in our area. This is no way to care for our community. They are making thousands of dollars from the giving the vaccines and are refusing the help the most vulnerable. We have all switched our prescriptions to a different pharmacy and I hope you will, too."

"Pharmacists who answer the phone are always nasty and sigh at customers when they get busy. We are in a pandemic and Crestwood pharmacy offers curbside pick up. It says it on their door. When I call and ask to do curb side pick up they give attitude and complain. Staff is not friendly when they are busy."
