"Ya know . . . It was okaaay, I guess. But honestly, I will be surprised if Buffalo Wild Wings is still a thing 5 years from now. It's just too overpriced for the quality of the food. Local Mom & Pop joints have better tasting food for less. Television sports casting and beer is all this place has going for it."

"Had my first and last burger tonight. The patties were drier than a Mormon's wine glass. I've had fresher, juicer burgers from Hardee's...and that's not an endorsement of the latter. The boneless wings only seemed ok by comparison. They tasted like I imagine wings from a 7Eleven hot case would taste. I think they were prepared at least an hour prior to my arrival and reheated at the time of my order. Kinda disgraceful. Zero disrespect to the wait staff though, all the humans we interacted with were wonderful."

"9/24/22 My family and I went to the local BWW for dinner. The restaurant was not busy. After being seated, we waited 10 minutes before being greeted by our waitress. She brought our drinks, and then walked away. After 15-minutes, I asked another waitress if we could order. After a 30-min wait we finally were able to order. 20-min after the order we received our mozzarella sticks. The waitress set them on the table and said “sorry for the wait” and left before we could respond. No napkins, no plates. Just lukewarm mozzarella sticks. Our meal would finally arrive. I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich (pictured) The chicken patty was like a sponge. My wife’s chicken wrap consisted of over cooked chicken nuggets. No one, (4-meals) was able to complete their meal due to poor quality. We saw our waitress 5x (drink order, food order, mozzarella delivery, food delivery, check). Only when I asked for the check did she ask how everything was or if we needed anything. Needless to say, leaving was the most enjoyable part of this experience. The overall environment is not welcoming. Blasting music when also playing multiple sports game, when there may be 40 people in the entire restaurant does not bode well for a return. Overall. If you want fast food quality, go to a fast food restaurant. Don’t over pay for fast food at BWW."
