"Dr. Fogarty missed a crack in one of my teeth as well as a fairly large cavity under a crown. I kept with regular check ups but he never picked up on these. Only after my insurance changed and I changed dentists, the issues were discovered. He also charged me for something once that he really shouldn’t have. I can’t recommend."
