Reviews
"Dr. Eisenberg is one of the most thoughtful dentists I have ever been to. Within days of the first time I ever saw him my brother passed away. He sent me a card and when I saw him about a week later the first thing he did was to express his condolences and ask how I was doing. While he was examining my teeth, I had some questions. I felt bad about interrupting him and said so. He responded that it was fine and I could ask him anything. He always makes me feel that I am important. The cleaning I got from the hygientist was the most thorough cleaning I have ever had!"
"Sadly, I went to Dr. Eisenberg and I really did not have a good experience. I felt as though Dr. Eisenberg was very inconsiderate. He stuck things in my mouth without forewarning me. He used a needle to inject the numbing agent into my cheek and didn't even bother telling me there would be a pinch, although I obviously felt much more than a pinch. He didn't talk to me once during the procedure to make sure I was okay. His assistant was literally stabbing me in the gums with the suction device. He didn't say have a nice day or ask me was I okay at the end. It was such an awful experience. I was in pain throughout the entire procedure and I started shaking and no one bothered checking in on me. He didn't give me any follow up information. As soon as the procedure was over, he simply said: "okay, you're all set." He didn't let me know when I would be able to brush or eat or drink again. He didn't let me know when the numbing cream would wear off. He didn't let me know any additional steps I should be taking in order to prevent this from happening again. He didn't let me know that I would have such awful tooth sensitivity after the procedure and when that will go away. I really would not recommend that anyone go to this dentist if they want to be treated with care."
