"Please note that this dentist doesn’t want or know how to deal with customers that use a health savings account (HSA) to pay for their copays. This dentist will accept you as client and go through the process of submitting the claim and if it gets deny because she used the wrong code or because the insurance won’t approve until the service is completed, the day of your appointment for the service she will let you go as a client. Also, the office staff will give you a hard time to reimburse you for an overcharged to your HSA account even when you have a copy of the original charge and the insurance explanation of benefits that shows an overpayment from your HSA Account."
