"My first time visiting here I had an overall decent experience. I did wait a long time but once I was in the back the dentist was very helpful and pleasant. Fast forward to today I spoke with the “office manager”, didn’t catch her name because she never told it to me. She was one of the most unprofessional office managers I’ve ever spoke with. I called to inquire about the insurance they accepted and before I could get out any word she was talking a mile a minute and talking over me. She pretty much said they didn’t except anything that I mentioned. After I spoke with my insurance company and they explained to me each of the insurance breakdown I realized they actually did accept the insurance I currently had. I will be transferring my care to another dentist office I am pregnant and I refuse to be mishandled or disrespected by someone that has no professionalism! Sincerely disappointed."

"A very good visit today with Dr Klinger and his assistant Tori. And my second visit for a deep cleaning Dr. Klinger was wonderful and painless. And this assistance Ranjit made me a cup of coffee on top of assisting the Dr."

"The absolute worst customer service. I couldn't even get to see a dentist. For my first appointment date, I called the general number and made an appointment for myself and my children. The day of the appointment I'm told that I couldn't be seen because the "call center made a booking error." I was also told that an attempt was made to call me, however they had the last two digits of my number transposed so I didn't receive the call. I rescheduled for a few weeks later. I called a week ahead of my appointment to confirm, and was told that everything was set. Then, one business day before the appointment I received a call indicating that the appointment for one of my children would be canceled due to a "shortage of dentists." At this point I expressed my frustration and told the receptionist that I'm not having a good experience with the business, to which she replied " well if I don't have a dentist, I don't have a dentist, what do you want me to do?" I immediately canceled the other two appointments. I will not deal with this establishment any further."
