"I wish that I could give a negative zero. There's two front desk workers there that are extremely rude. One's name is Claude he's a manager there temporarily. And the skinny black girl that works in the front is THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE FOR DENTAL SERVICES BECAUSE OF THE RUDE FRONT DESK ENCOUNTERS. SHE DOESN'T GREET YOU WITH A SMILE. SHE BARELY OPENS HER MOUTH WHEN SHE SPEAKS TO YOU. SHE'S CONDESCENDING, SNOBBY, RUDE, AND DISRESPECTFUL . The way she looks at you like she's GOD'S GIFT TO US. WELL SHE'S NOT , SHE'S EQUAL TO ALL OF US."

"Dr Shallit was and his assistant was professional. This is why I followed him to WFD. Front office has a severe lack of understanding there job.Rude with no ability to return calls. They say there understaffed which would lead to delay in response but no response is flat out unacceptable. Fill in rest as you wish trying to keep it clean."

"This office and staff use to be really good, great service and staff including the front desk. Now it's run so unprofessional, the front desk is where your experience start and they are so rude. They get smart and think that you're supposed to just pit up with it because you require service, I've had so many issues since the new staff and th front desk has gotten worse. My Mom has also had issues and called to speak to the office manager she was told she went home, and they didn't know when she would be back. I walked in for my daughter's appointment and the office manager was sitting behind the desk, so you're lying to patients as well to keep from trying to resolve issues your patients may have. This office staff definitely needs an adjustment."

When I asked a front end staff for her name which by the way was Roxana, her reply was “don’t worry about it”. I will never ever use this establishment ever again or refer anyone, and.
