"At my first appointment I was told that I would need a full mouth x-ray and it would be $150 out of my pocket. I told the receptionist I had already contacted my insurance company to make sure what my coverage was for that day, and that service was covered At 100%. The receptionist argued that she was online and reading it for herself that I must be mistaken. I said I would call my insurance company and she insisted on calling as well.. Turns out she was wrong and my insurance covered the x-rays at 100%. After time spent on the phone by both the receptionist and myself, the dentist comes into the waiting room and said to me, you know your appointment was for 1 o’clock it’s almost 130 now. I said I’m waiting to be called back she said well come on then with a very aggravated tone. When the girl came to get my vital signs, I told her how upset I was And she said absolutely nothing, wouldn’t even look at me and then walked out the door. I sat there waiting for the doctor to come back and came to my senses and got up and left. What an awful experience. Not only did they try to rip me off they were cold and rude!!What an unsettling experience ☹️"

"DO NOT COME HERE. The receptionist was so horrible she made my mother cry at her appointment, and the dentist was incredibly rude, mean and impatient. Not the people anyone should trust."
