"THERE IS A PRIVATE PARKING LOT FOR TRUCKS RIGHT NEXT TO THE PILOT. THE ENTRANCE IS AROUND THE CORNER. BUT THERE IS A BIG PILOT SIGN AND MCDONALDS SIGN RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ENTRY TO THE PRIVATE PARKING LOT. IF YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ENTERING WHERE THE PRIVATE LOT IS, YOU HAVE TO JUMP BACK ON THE HIGHWAY IN ORDER TO GET TO WHERE THE FUEL PUMPS ARE. ALL BECAUSE OF SLOW OR SLICK THINKING. NOT SURE. BUT IT SUCKS"
"Nikki the manager 179 was really helpful and friendly. Someone in a Toyota was parked sleeping in a truck spot and she came out and politely asked them to move. She even offered them another location on the lot up front for them to park and go back to sleep. How thoughtful of her bless her heart."
"Overall it's not bad but it's not good either. The prices at the McDonald's inside are insane but the pilot and subway are average priced. I don't recommend the subway, I had an issue with getting extra lettuce on my sandwich, yes you read that right LETTUCE. On a sandwich that sat in the toaster about 3 times longer than the timmer because my sandwich artist thought it was the perfect time to walk to the back for more cheese. The showers in the pilot are below average and are in need of a deep cleaning. It's nowhere near the worst I've seen but it's not up to normal pilot standards so I went with 3 stars."
"Don't bother reserving parking at this location. If someone who didn't pay backs into your spot, they simply say "sorry we'll refund you." Out of hours? Tough luck, not their problem. The sorry GM will not allow them to do anything to remove these drivers, up to and including calling police to have the person trespassed from their property. You companies wanted to cover half your pavement with "reserved" parking, then keep to your end of the agreement. Then again it is Pilot, and they've never cared one whit about the customers. Probably too busy cooking up another embezzlement scheme to steal money from small trucking companies again to worry about anything customer service related."
"This pilot has good location. You have many truck repairs around and dealerships. They have their own repair shop. Inside you have subway and McDonalds. McDonald has great internet but wifi from pilot does not reach all parking and the mobile network signal is bad there. Place was well maintained i can say. Has about 80 truck parking spots."
