"Started coming to Omega Dental in Pennsauken 6 months ago when I had a dental emergency. So glad I found this practice. I needed to have a lot of work done, and Dr. Skinner and Manuel especially have been an incredible aid in providing a high level of care and efficiency when seeing patients. When I went in for my first routine cleaning, Jen, the hygienist, removed several prominent stains on my teeth that I had previously been told would be permanent, with no additional time or money spent. Based on the care I've received here, I trust Omega Dental for every service they provide, and for their judgement on what course of action they think is best."

"***PATIENCE REQUIRED*** I want to be as fair as possible. My mother is 77, a 5 times stroke patient as well as a Dementia patient. As you can imagine it is hard to transport her anywhere. It started with a terrible toothache on one of her back teeth. We took her to Omega dental in Medford because it is where they could get her in the fastest. After 4 visits there (still nothing done) we start going to the Pennsauken office. Initially the dentist started with “prepping” for root canals and substituting a front tooth that we never asked for or quite frankly cared about as the pain was the most important issue to deal with. Now after visit #7 they tell us that the insurance didn’t approve the root canals. We never received a phone call to inform us or to give us options to pay cash or proceed. We simply wanted an extraction! Today we are extremely frustrated as there my mother sat once again with a long wait and nothing was done. The doctor replaced that stupid replacement front tooth for the second time because the lab”messed up” the tooth TWICE and it’s still not right. I was going to use this dentist for my family but after this nightmare I wouldn’t take my pet hamster there!! What a nightmare!!"

"I hadn't been to the dentist in 3 years due to covid and my dentist retirement. I found Omega Dental in Medford NJ and they accepted my insurance and had good reviews so I scheduled an appointment. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, them I met Jen the hygienist. Jen did a great job at taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth. Turns out I needed a deep cleaning due to plaque growth below my gumline. Over the next three visits she gently and methodically cleaned my teeth. They feel great now. Dr. Skinner came up with a plan to replace some old crowns that had gaps allowing decay under and around the teeth as well as removing my final two wisdom teeth. Dr. Skinner has a lot of experience and everything went smoothly and relatively pain free. The office staff worked with my insurance to get coverage for all the work. After 8 visits my teeth are clean and feel strong. I feel lucky to have found a skilled dental office so close to my house. I will be coming back to keep up with my dental needs and retain a healthy smile for many years to come."

And I had a couple of Bad Experiences with other Dental Offices and She Insured me that I was in good hands.And yes she was right!! I AM So Satisfied And Happy with Her Customer Service Skills And there Fast and Great Work they did!! I didn't think I was going to be Able to get My Smile Back!! When I 1st walked in, Darine Promise me that they will have Me Smiling Again in No Time!! She kept her Promise And Now I Can't Stop Smiling!! I Will Not Go To Any Other Dental Practice!!
