"I've been going here for over 5 years and have never had an issue whatsoever up until now. I tried calling for a week straight due to extreme tooth pain and it would either go straight to voicemail or ring a few times, then to voicemail. They won't get back to you. The one time she picked up, she said she had 2 other people on hold and would call me back--she did not. I even went to their office during open hours and they were closed. This isn't a COVID-related issue; other people have had the same problem. This level of professionalism is unacceptable and I'll be looking elsewhere for a dentistry that'll actually respond to their patients."

"I liked the experience here for my daughters the first time. Now I need an appointment for my daughter and this place won't pick up the phone call. my daughter has a lose tooth that won't come out and the gum is over going in top of the tooth. please reach out to me."

"I really can't say that I am very happy with the professionalism in this place. The appointments that I've had are not kept on time. I remember 2 occasions that I had to reschedule because it they took to long to take me. During these times I was on lunch. The staff in the front is friendly, but the way they conduct their day-to-day seems off. What I did not like 1. Only one doctor many clients 2. late appointments 3. The doctor always comes and leaves the room to attend other patients 4. Doctors doesn't really make you feel comfortable. It just a quick chat and ready to work. My mother has also attended this place for minor procedures and I was shocked that she experienced the same thing as me. I really did not feel like a priority in this place to the doctor. Not terrible but not great either."
