"Unprofessional! I moved away about a year now but I still want to keep my dentist. However because I have to travel far I did canceled my appointment couple times but I did called ahead of time to cancel my appointment. There are sometime they keep rescheduled my appointment and pushed back for months. No one wants to missed a doctor appointment unless they really can’t make it. However the very last time I called to make an appointment, they were gladly and made an appointment for me and when I showed up. They said and I quoted “they did made an appointment for me but the dentist deleted my appointment without telling anyone.” How unprofessional to just deleted your patients appointment out of pettiness and doesn’t even give a warning."

"Love everyone, so nice. Not five stars because they do not have handicap access which really scared my mother since we had to lift her down the stairs in her chair when leaving. I cannot take her there without another person…. She has another 4/5 visits….."
