"Dr. Nelke and Dr. Galdieri, should hire a new front desk operator. Lois is not professional, she's rude and bad for business. She does not value your time nor your business as a patient. The best thing about this office is the Hygienist Raimonda (Rai). She is the true professional. Lois appears to favor a certain type of patient not all who enter the building are welcome. She told me she doesn't have time to do the things other dentist office or facilities are proud to do. It's your job Lois - Do it. I should have believed the reviews I read prior to visiting this office. The reviews and news reports in regards to the bad behavior by the doctor and the rude behavior from Lois is apparent they do not value your business. They do not value your dental hygiene, they value only money. Lois will lie to your face and mislead you to get your money. I tried speaking with the doctor he will not return my calls. I have the best insurance money can buy, there's several dentist offices who will value me as a patient and customer. Dr. Nelke, no need to return my calls. I will go to a caring dentist and do all the things you suggested to me. I will never do business with this office again and I suggest never - ever step foot in this office. I would assume Dr. Nelke is retiring soon because anyone in business for the long term would value their patients and or customers. It's a shame you lost a great patient/customer. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!"

"Dr. Nelke's staff, unfortunately, made the experience a bad one. That lady at the front desk is toxic for any business. Too bad Dr. Nelke allows and or condones her behavior...makes him just as bad as her. A young family of four and new to the area, we decided to give his office a try. Bad choice. Too many options available to continue to go there. Look elsewhere for a dentist that values your business."

"I had originally been pleased with the work at Dr. Nelke's office, until I went elsewhere and they showed me photos of the fillings he gave me. They were sloppy and looked very rushed. After a procedure my boyfriend had done there, he experienced much pain. Trying to get an emergency appointment for the pain was impossible, and the staff were impatient and rude. My mother also had a root canal procedure done there and not only was it extremely expensive, but she is still in incredible amounts of pain (two years later) and cannot eat on that side of her mouth. Overall it seems like he rushes through every procedure he does, and doesn't care that his sloppy jobs will affect people for the rest of their lives, or cost them A LOT of money somewhere else."
