"The office staff does everything they can to help you. Appointments are easy to make, and I've never waited more than 12 minutes after I arrived for my appointments. The hygienists are polite and thorough. The Dentist is exceptional. She explained the procedure and took time to answer my questions. I couldn't ask for more. My visit was a first-class experience. Highly recommended."

"The worst pain I have ever experienced on a dental visit, compounded by lack of adequate medication. The young dentist sent me home after treatment for an infection and extraction of a tooth, advising me to take otc pain killers if I needed them, and call if there was any problem. I was barely able to drive I was so debilitated from the long, painful procedures and multiple injections. The local anesthetic she injected before the procedures wore off before I got home. I was in agony, barely able to function. I took 1 acetaminophen and 2 ibuprophen as directed on the bottles but they were not sufficient. The pain was still awful. I called the office asking for stronger medication and the receptionist, Alicia, (not a dentist) told me she could not prescribe anything over the phone nor could she phone in a prescription to the pharmacy because it was illegal! I knew she was incorrect and that she had no authority to prescribe anything because she is not licensed or trained. I hung up in anger and pain. Several minutes later, the dentist called and told me she was phoning in a prescription for a much stronger dose of ibuprophen and acetaminophen, which was effective in relieving my pain. This office suffers from lack of onsite management. The owner of the practice, who I saw previously and who seemed professional and competent, seldom works there anymore and spends his time at his other new offices. Avoid this place like the plague until both the dentist and receptionist are replaced. The new dental tech guy was fine."

"First time I’ve been there in many years , excellent experience , efficient and immaculate office. Dr Frarag was pleasant , informative and practical with his recommendations. Susan the hygienist was FANTASTIC ! Best cleaning and explanation of everything I’ve ever had. She did a thorough mouth cancer screening and gave me great directions for good teeth care and maintenance going forward !!! Prices for everything were reasonable ."

"It has been many, many years since my last dental appointment due to lack of insurance. This office has a cost plan which could benefit many. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. My first visit started with the x ray tech who was extremely kind and explained each move he was making. The Dr was warm upon entering the room and also explained Thoroughly my options for a cracked molar without any pressure. More so you could do this or this. Leaving the ball in my court without any pressure at all. My second visit was with the hygienist Amanda she was excellent and talked at length about my grinding …I never felt ANY pain during my cleaning and feared so reading a prior review. The office staff got me through the front door with their kindness from the start. I feel fortunate to have a great local Dental office with an excellent staff."
