"Most appalling experience I have ever had. I went to this location after my shift of work at the outlets and was met with the doors locked. All lights were on and another customer had order online and was locked out as well. The kitchen was up and running they were simply just not doing their jobs. Above all else managers were seen walking around smiling at us through the door. With over an hour and a half left of service this is unacceptable. I have never seen an employee let alone a manger behave in this manner and I am disgusted. The entire staff on shift should be fired and held accountable."

"This Taco Bell is always clean when I come in. If going around a peak time, expect there to be a little wait time (that's normal in a rush). However, if going in between times, I've always found them to be quick and accurate with my order. There are some cashiers who act like they'd rather be somewhere else, but majority of the workers are friendly."
