"I brought a check to have cashed from my rental company. Note: this is not my bank, but the check that was handed to me was from rental company so I decided to cash it at the bank it states which was Virginia partners bank. The first thing the bank teller does when I hand my check is stamp the bank with there stamp logo and then proceeds to go to the bank to give me the money.. granted she never asked me for an ID, never asked me what my name was, didn’t even scan the check or look at it, for all we know, it could of been a blank piece of paper. Mind you, the check was for 4,000 dollars and this lady was just about to hand me 4k with NO identification. She then comes back to let me know she can’t cash it because they’re are three names on the check and they all need to s there, I then said no problem however, she already stamped the back of it to clear it with them, so the manager comes out and says quote on quote ‘go get a new check, I don’t know what to tell you’ this place is such a joke. You guys hired someone who just almost gave me 4,000 dollars without any identification and you had the blonde manager come tell me that it’s not there problem that they are incompentent. I would run, not walk, to a different bank. This place is such a joke for a level of security and I’ve tried to reach out to Bruce and he ignored me. Do yourself a favor, and bank with Navy Federal. Number one bank out there."

"Banking is a service business as there are banks on almost every street corner. The service they provide is horrible... Everyone from Bruce (branch manager) to Kevin (commercial banker) has made my life more difficult. Once they got bought out there service has gone down hill. Save yourself the headache and look to a credit union..."

I know she was probably toeing the company line, but she really missed recruiting me (& my money) as customers. Perhaps helping me and then selling me on their bank."
