"I ordered big shot bobs delivery from the Washington location. My food arrived super hot and perfect. My wings tasted amazing and even my fries were crunchy and fresh. They included all my sauces and even gave me all flats for a small 1$ up charge! Definitely worth it!! I will be ordering again!"

"Ordered delivery with five orders, one of which was labeled as DRY Garlic Ranch. It was listed as dry when our family ordered as well as on the receipt. The DRY Garlic Ranch had wet Ranch sauce on it, a major problem for a family member who has texture issues with sauce!! The food was still delicious but I'm leaving 3 stars because of the food wasted because it wasn't DRY."

"I ordered from here when they first opened wasn't pleased never went back. Well I recently went to a party they had bsb wings. They were good. Ordered from there this evening very disappointing. Wings were fried way to hard threw some away couldn't bite into them. I asked for ranch 2 of them cause there not offered to you unless u ask? It's a wing place and charge 50cents a cup. 54.00 well wasted! Watch ur step walking in my trip over the whole that's under the rug."
