"Shady. Deceitful. I told them to remove a car from coverage (because it was inoperable) and discovered months later that they never did. Instead, they emailed me an "Are you sure?" message that I never saw, until I checked the policy half a year later or so. They stole hundreds from me that way. Then I called them to stop auto pay and told them I was moving to a different insurer. I got a letter a couple weeks later telling me that they would soon be taking half a years premium from my checking account. I called and they played dumb - they acknowledged that I had told them I was getting a new insurer, but they didn't know that meant I wanted to cancel my policy with them. Like maybe I wanted two insurance policies on my cars? Also, they increased my premium (with no tickets or accidents) to where I was paying $306 per month for the same coverage I now pay less than $600 for half a year of the same coverage. Stay away from these shady people. They act friendly but they will absolutely rip you off with an innocent smile."

"Tried to update my policy due to a number of changes, provided the information they requested, and once they had the information, they refused to make the required changes. Was forced to contact the Allstate corporate office who made the changes, and removed this agent from my account, replacing him with someone that actually values my business."
