Pros: - great skilled and qualified staff with friendly and positive attitude - front desk makes your scheduling and paperwork as smooth as possible - director runs the location very efficiently and with focus on customers - location is fairly good if you want to grab a bite or do groceries during your child's session - you can stay for the session with your child, and be as involved as you want to, or limit to droping off and picking up Cons: - can be challenging to schedule at times due to high demand, make sure to schedule ahead as much as you can Highly recommend this location."

When my daughter was showing signs of Torticollis, I was able to immediately make an appointment at Positive Steps for help. Not only was my physical therapist able to help with providing me stretches and exercises, she was willing to take the time to offer suggestions for my daughter's poor sleeping habits. While I have worked at Positive Steps for many years, I was able to still receive professional treatment from the moment I walked in the door!!
